Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains when refunds apply and how cancellations work for Growseous services.

1. Funnel Fix Audit

Because this is a service with custom work:

If we have not started the audit, you can request a full refund.

Once we start work or deliver the audit, refunds are handled case by case.

We add a clear promise on the sales page. For example:

If you feel the audit gives no clear insight or value, you can contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

2. Implementation projects

For done for you funnel builds and implementation:

A non refundable deposit may apply

Remaining payments follow the project schedule

If you cancel the project mid way, work done until that point remains payable.

3. Monthly retainer

For retainer or growth partner services:

Fees are billed monthly in advance

You can cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle

We do not refund previous months

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

Send an email through the Contact page or support email

Include your name, email, order ID, and reason

We reply with next steps and timelines.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, contact us first.

We are open to review your concern.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of service.
